摘　　要：进入21世纪,随着我国城镇化进程的快速发展,对新生代农民工的自身素质和发展能力提出了更高要求。加快建立新生代农民工的阅读服务与保障机制,对于进一步提高新生代农民工整体文化素质,提升就业竞争能力,实现社会和谐发展具有重要意义。以江苏省新生代农民工阅读现状为例,从政府主导、企业主动、机构主体、社会补充等方面阐述了加快构建我国新生代农民工阅读服务与保障机制的具体思路和对策。Entered into the twenty -first century,China urbanization process is accelerating, which raises higher requirements on the quality of the contemporary generation of migrant workers. To accelerate the establishment of contemporary new generation of migrant workers reading services and security mechanisms,to further enhance the cultural qualifies of the migrant workers of contemporary generation,to enhance them employability and achieve the harmonious development of society are vitally important. This paper takes the reading status on migrant workers of the new generation in Jiangsu for examples, and proposes the specific ideas and methods of accelerating the establishment reading services and safeguard mechanism for the migrant workers of the new generation in Jiangsu,from government leading,enterprise initiative ,organization main body,social supplement and other aspects.
