项目教学法在模具设计与制造课程中的应用

摘　　要："模具设计与制造"课程是机械设计制造及其自动化专业的专业选修课程。为培养学生模具设计和模具制造的能力,解决课程学时少、内容繁多、枯燥难懂的问题,采用以学生为主体、教师讲解和学生项目训练相结合的项目教学法,运用多媒体动画、模具实物、现场教学等教学手段由浅入深逐步讲解模具结构和模具设计步骤,逐步引导学生实施项目,培养学生的项目意识和模具设计能力。实践表明,项目教学激发了学生的学习积极性和学习兴趣,提高了教学效果和教学质量。The course of ＂Mould Design and Manufacture＂ is an important course for the students majoring in mechanism design, manufacturing and automatization. In order to develop the capability of mould design and manufacture and make up the teaching shortfall,project -based learning method,based on the combination of teacher＇s teaching and students＇study, has been used. Many teaching methods, such as multimedia animation design, mould and on -site teaching has been applied, which are helpful for students to familiar with mould structure and cultivating project consciousness. The practice dictates that learning initiative and interest can be stimulated by project -based learning method and the teaching quality can be improved.
