摘　　要：医院卫生统计工作是医院管理十分重要的一部分,其质量的高低会影响到医院决策的准确性。文章主要分为三个部分,第一部分简单概述医院卫生统计工作,第二部分分析影响卫生统计工作质量的要素,第三个部分是针对这些因素提出能够解决问题的方法措施。希望通过观念的培养、人才的培训、制度的建立来逐渐完善医院卫生统计工作。Hospital health statistics which the quality will affect the accuracy of hospital decision. is a very important part of hospital management. This paper is divided into three parts. first Simple introduction to hospital health statistics. second Analysis of factors affecting the quality of Health Statistics . Third Make the method to solve the problem. I Hope that through the concept of training, personnel training, the establishment of the system to gradually improve the hospital health statistics.
