摘　　要：目的探索研究品管圈在提高器械清洗效果方面的应用。方法成立品管圈小组,分析器械清洗效果的影响因素,并采取相应的措施解决问题。结果器械清洗的不合格率从10.59%降低到9.54%。结论护理工作中利用品管方法解决器械清洗质量的问题,不仅提高清洗后器械的合格率,改善了器械的清洗效果,而且提高了科室人员的团队协作力,增强工作的积极性和基层人员的创造性。Objective To explore the quality control circle in improving equipment in the cleaning effect. Methods Set up quality control circle group, analysis the influence factors of equipment cleaning effect, and take corresponding measures to solve the problem. Results Of equipment cleaning not qualified rate reduced from 10.59% to 10.59%. Conclusion Used in nursing quality management method to solve the problem of equipment cleaning quality, not only improve the qualification rate of after cleaning equipment, improved the equipment cleaning effect, and improved the department staff team coopera-tion, enhance the work enthusiasm and grass-roots staff＇s creativity.
