摘  要:目的探讨吲哚胺2,3-双加氧酶(indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase,IDO)和转化生长因子-β(Transforming Growth Factor Beta,TGF-β)在母胎界面的表达及其相关性,分析TGF-β对IDO表达的调节作用。方法Western blot方法检测正常妊娠绒毛及蜕膜组织中TGF-β和IDO蛋白的表达。结果 IDO及TGF-β蛋白同时表达于正常妊娠绒毛和蜕膜组织中;TGF-β与IDO蛋白表达呈正相关(r1=0.59,P1<0.05;r2=0.74,P2<0.05)。结论在生理妊娠状态下,母胎界面中TGF-β通过正性调节IDO的表达,参与妊娠免疫耐受的调节。Objective To study the expression and correlation of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO)and transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-β), and analyse the regulation of IDO expression by TGF-β. Methods Western blotting method was used to detect the expression of IDO and TGF-β protein in chorionic villi and decidual tissues of normal pregnant women. Results IDO and TGF-β protein were identified in chorionic villi and decidual tissues of normal pregnant women. There was positively correlation between the expression of TGF-β and IDO (r1=0.59,P1〈0.05;r2=0.74,P〈0.05). Conclusion In the normal physiological state of pregnancy, TGF-β is involved in the regulation of immune tolerance by positively regulation of IDO expression in maternal fetal interface.
