摘　　要：采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,分析新时期我国体育社会组织发展的机遇与挑战。研究认为,我国体育社会组织存在公共性与独立性较差、缺少相关法规保障、登记门槛较高等现实困境。指出,应合理定位行政部门与社会组织的角色,明确两者的职能范围,建立互利合作关系;分类指导体育社会组织,推行备案管理制度;规范政府购买体育社会组织提供的公共服务;以产业化、市场化为导向促进体育社会组织快速发展。By methods of literature and logical analysis, this article analyzes the opportunities and challenges in the development of China＇s sports social organization in the new period. The study suggests that in Chinese sports social organizations, poor pub lic nature and independence, insufficient relevant laws and regulations and high registration threshold are practical difficulties. It points out that the roles and the functions of the executive branch and social organizations should be reasonably positioned and clarified to establish mutually beneficial cooperation; sports social organizations should be classified and guided, and filed man- agement system must be implemented; government procurement of public services which are offered by sports social organiza tions should be standardized; sports social organizations can rapidly develop by taking industrialization and marketization as orientation.
