我国公共体育服务多元化主体供给及实施路径研究

摘　　要：以新公共管理理论为基础,从公共服务系统层面入手,采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法,对我国公共体育服务供给进行研究,指出我国公共体育服务要建立以实际需求为导向,企业参与、政府引导的多元化服务供给主体,构建"从上而下,由下及上"的协同合作的平行服务体系;在此基础上借鉴国内外先进经验,从多元化供给主体的构建、制度建设、服务意识以及公众参与等方面,设计并优化实施的路径。Based on the new public management theory, and starting with public service system level, this article applies methods of literature, logical analysis to study China^s public sports service supply. It points out that public sports service should estab- fish a diversified supply subiect which is based on actual demand, enterprises-participated and government-led and thus a ＂top- down, bottom-up＂ parallel and collaborative service system. Based on the advanced experiences at home and abroad, this study attempts to design and optimize implementation path in terms of construction of a diversified supply subject, system construction, service consciousness and public participation.
