城镇化背景下农村大学生“非转农”意愿影响因素实证研究

摘　　要：在高校扩招背景下,农村大学生群体成为助推城镇化战略的主力军之一。然而,近年来部分地区农村大学生精英群体的"非转农"现象对我国城镇化进程的巩固和推进提出了严峻挑战。文章基于"推拉理论"深入挖掘影响农村大学生"非转农"意愿的内在机理,利用1 219名农村大学生问卷调查的微观数据,选用有序Logistic模型对农村大学生"非转农"意愿影响因素进行实证分析。最后,从农村土地制度、征地补偿制度、户籍制度、毕业生就业制度和城市住房保障制度等方面提出了相应的对策和建议,以期破除引致农村大学生"非转农"行为的各种内在和外在诱因,实现高校扩招与城镇化战略相互协调促进发展。As enlarging enrollment of university, rural college students have become one of the main forces of urbanization, however, in recent years, the movement of registered permanent residence from non-agricultural to agricultural initiated by rural college students in some areas has posed a severe challenge to the process of urbanization. In this paper, intrinsic mechanism of influencing rural college students＇ willingness to change registered permanent residence from non-agricultural to agricultural is delved deeply based on push and pull theory, and then, using the questionnaire of 1219 rural college students, ordered logistic regression model is used to analyze influencing factors of rural college students＇ willingness to change registered permanent residence from non-agricultural to agricultural. Finally, in order to get rid of a variety of incentives which induce rural college students＇ behavior to change registered permanent residence from non-agricultural to agricultural, achieve the coordinated development of enlarging enrollment of university and urbanization strategy, this paper puts forward some corresponding eountermeasures and suggestions about rural land system, land requisition compensation system, household registration system, graduates employment system, city housing security system etc.
