摘　　要：乡村治理是国家治理体系的基础和重要组成部分。本文以绍兴市上虞区祝温村的村治实践为例,分析探讨了该村的"善治"乡村治理模式,提出了构建"以农村经济发展为土壤、以村民利益为出发点、以农村民主发育为依托"的"善治"乡村治理机制的建议。Rural governance is the basis and an integral part of country governance system. This paper, taking Zhuwen village in Shangyu district, Shaoxing city for example, brings forward the suggestion of ＂Good Governance＂ for rural governance, that is, to improve rural governance with rural economic development as its soil, villagers＇ interest as its starting point, and the nurturing of countryside democracy as its foundation.
