摘　　要：企业研发机构是提升企业自主创新能力、增强区域竞争力的主要载体,发挥好企业研发机构的作用对浙江省增强创新驱动力和经济转型发展具有重要作用.从分析浙江省企业研发机构发展的现状出发,对比江苏、山东、广东等兄弟省份,发现自身存在的优势和劣势,并提出加快全省企业研发机构建设的对策建议.The internal R＆D institutions, the main carrier for enterprises to enhance the capability of independent innovation and to enhance the regional competitiveness, play a significant role in strengthening the driving force of innovation and the transformation of economic development. Grounded upon the analysis of the overall situation of internal R＆D institutions construction in Zhejiang province and compared with that of the other advanced provinces such as Jiangsu province, Shandong province and Guangdong province, the paper finds out both the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprises＇ internal R＆D institutions construction in Zhejiang province andfinally comes up with a few suggestions.
