城市公共图书馆读者信息行为及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：新信息环境下城市公共图书馆要持续吸引读者,需深入了解读者行为及其影响因素。文章以个体变量、认知因素和环境因素为自变量,以读者使用城市公共图书馆的目的为因变量,建立城市公共图书馆读者行为模型;采用问卷调查法收集数据,因子分析和回归分析结果显示,读者使用城市公共图书馆的目的有休闲、学习、使用网络和音像资源、参加活动。使用目的不同,影响因素也不同,对读者行为影响最大的因素是对公共图书馆的服务感知、使用其他图书馆频次、到馆距离。当个体差异因素受控后,读者感知的城市公共图书馆资源、服务和环境水平和读者行为之间存在正向促进关系。In order to continuously attract more and more people to use city public library, user behavior and its influencing factors need in-depth research. Using users＇ individual feature, cognitive and environmental factors as independent variables, and urban public library as the dependent variable, urban public library user behavior model is built for research. A questionnaire is used to collect data. Factor analysis and regression analysis results show there are four kinds of purposes of using urban public library： leisure, learning, using internet, and using video resources. Perceptions of public library services, the frequency of using other libraries, and the distance to library significantly influence users＇ behavior. If users＇ individual difference is controlled, their perceiving of the urban public library resources, service and environment level positively promotes their using behavior.
