摘 要:磁通反向电机是一种新型双凸极电机,具有广阔的应用前景。本文推导了正弦交流供电方式下,三相FRM的电磁功率和主要尺寸之间的关系,结合已有设计经验确定了一台450 W三相FRM的基本尺寸。在此基础上,文章以电机输出转矩最大化和转矩脉动最小化为优化目标,采用田口法对选定的优化参数设计了正交试验,分析了各优化参数对优化目标的影响,从而确定了优化方案。有限元仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性。Flux reversal machine (FRM) is a novel doubly salient machine and has a extensive application prospect. The machine was excited with a balanced multi-phased sinusoidal current in this paper. The relationship between electromagnetic power and main sizes of the machine was derived. The specific sizes of a 450 W machine were obtained with the help of existing design experience. Then, the Taguchi method was introduced into the optimization of FRM. The maximum average output torque and the minimum torque ripple were set as optimal objects. Several groups of parameters were picked up to perform an orthogonal experiment. By analyzing the effect of the machine's performance index caused by the variable of the optimal parameters, the optimal scheme was deduced. The results of the finite element analysis verified the validity of this method.
