摘  要:低速永磁同步电动机定、转子间隙仅为0.05 mm,这就要求既要保证定子铁心的叠压精度,更要保证定子外壳两端止口与定子铁心内孔同轴度。本文将着力介绍内涨式自动卸料定子铁心叠压模和自定心夹紧的夹筒双扩张式车夹具,前者所叠压的定子铁心铆压牢固、端面平整,且铁心内、外径与冲片相应内、外径之差仅0.02 mm,后者较好地解决了借助小锥度心棒车削后难以脱模甚至报废的困扰,它们具有高效、产品质量稳定的共同特点。The gap was only 0.05 mm between the stator and the rotor of PM low speed synchronous motor. This required both to ensure the precision of the stator core and to ensure the coaxiality of the stator shell ends and the inner hole of stator core. In the paper the introduction focused on the internal expanding automatic unloading stator core lamination die and the self centering clamping's collets double expanding type lathe fixture. The stator core that the former made was firmly riveted and had the flat end face. The difference between the inner and outer diameter of core and the corresponding inner and outer diameter of punching was only 0. 02mm. The latter solved the puzzle of difficulty to release and even scrap after lathe with the help of small taper mandrel better 这, had the common features of high efficiency and stable product quality.
