摘　　要：从人类文明史看,"一带一路"将修订内陆文明从属于海洋文明、东方从属于西方的"西方中心论",重塑均衡、包容的全球化文明,推动欧亚大陆回归人类文明中心地带,开创"天人合一""人海合一"的人类新文明。从中华文明史看,"一带一路"推动中华文明实现三大转型:从农耕文明走向工业-信息文明,从内陆文明走向海洋文明,从地域性文明走向全球性文明。"一带一路"所折射的文明自信与文明自觉,充分展示了从理念、哲学到途径等各方面的中国智慧,正开启"三五效应":五千年未有之变局——推动传统中华文明的转型;五百年未有之变局——推动近代人类文明的创新;五十年未有之变局——推动中国梦的实现,开创人类古老文明复兴与转型并举,融通中国梦与世界梦。Judging from the history of mankind civilization, ＂One Belt and One Road＂will involve inland civilization subordinated to ocean civilization and ＂west-centered theory＂of east to west, reshaping equilibrium and inclusive global civilization to boost Euro-Asian continents to return to the central belt of civilization for mankind and create the new civilization of mankind by ＂union of man and nature＂and ＂union of man and sea＂. Judging from the history of Chinese civilization, ＂One Belt and One Road＂ initiative will boost Chinese civilization to realize three major transformations：from agriculture civilization to industrial information-based civilization, from continent civilization to ocean civilization and from regional civilization to global civilization. The civilization self-confidence and self-awareness refracted by ＂One Belt and One Road＂fully shows Chinese wisdom from concept and philosophy to approach and takes multiple effects： no variation for 5000years—promoting the switch of traditional Chinese civilization;no variation seen for 500 years—promoting the innovation of mankind civilization in early modern age;no variation seen for 50 years—helping make Chinese dream come true,facilitating revitalization and switch of ancient civilization for mankind and integrating Chinese and world dreams.
