摘 要:以湘西地区石煤为原料,采用湿法工艺提取其中的钒。研究了浸出过程中液固比、浸出温度、浸出时间、硫酸用量、单一添加剂和复合添加剂对石煤湿法提钒的影响。结果表明,氟化钙和二氧化锰组合的复合添加剂可以强化钒的浸出,大幅度提高石煤湿法提钒的浸出率。在复合添加剂用量2%、液固比0.8、浸出时间11 h、硫酸用量20%和浸出温度95℃的条件下,钒浸出率为86.5%,较单独无添加剂时的浸出率提高了23个百分点,较单独添加氟化钙时的浸出率提高了11.1个百分点,较单独添加二氧化锰时的浸出率提高了8.3个百分点。Research on wet process for extracting vanadium from stone coal in the west region of Hunan Province was conducted to explore effects of liquid-solid ratio, leaching temperature, leaching time, sulfuric acid dosage, single additive and composite additive on extraction results. It is found that the composite additive consisting of calcium fluoride and manganese dioxide could intensify the vanadium leaching, greatly enhancing the leaching rate of vanadium from stone coal. With 2% composite additive and 20% sulfuric acid, for 11 h resulted in the vanadium leaching rate up to 86.5%, process without additive, 11.1 percentage points more than that an 8.3 percentage points increase compared to the process with liquid-solid ratio at 0.8, the leaching process at 95 ℃ which was 23 percentage points more than that by the by the process with the addition of calcium fluoride, and addition of manganese dioxide.
