摘  要:在分析铜烟灰物料组成的基础上,采用硫酸浸出工艺,分别考查了硫酸加入量、液固比、浸出时间和浸出温度对铜浸出率的影响。实验得出最佳浸出条件为:硫酸初始加入量98 g/L,浸出时间60 min,浸出温度70℃,液固比5∶1。在此条件下,铜浸出率达到84.87%。研究了炼铜烟灰硫酸浸出过程中铜的浸出动力学。结果表明,硫酸浸出过程为扩散控制,浸出反应的表观活化能为8.05 k J/mol。According to the composition analysis of copper smelting ashes, sulfuric acid was used for copper leaching in the experiment. Effects of the dosage of sulfuric acid, liquid-solid ratio, leaching time and leaching temperature on copper leaching rate were investigated. It is concluded that under the following optimal conditions, including an initial dosage of sulfuric acid at 98 g/L, liquid-solid ratio at 5 : 1, leaching at the temperature of 70 ℃ for 60 min, the copper leaching rate reached 84.87%. The following study on the kinetics of leaching copper from copper smelting ashes showed sulfuric acid leaching process was controlled by internal diffusion, with the apparent activation energy of reaction at 8.05 k J/tool.
