基于高校图书馆服务型基层党组织创新建设探析——以服务读者为视角

摘　　要：首先对高校图书馆服务型基层党组织的功能定位进行了探讨,在此基础上分析了高校图书馆服务型基层党组织建设的现状,提出了立足于图书馆“读者第一,服务至上”的工作宗旨,以服务读者为主要任务。通过建立学习制度以实现服务效能化、建立功能型党支部以实现服务特色化、建立服务为导向的工作机制,实现服务长效化、创新服务载体以实现服务多元化等方法,推进高校图书馆服务型基层党组织建设。In this article, the decision-making reference service of the university library basic Party＇s orga- nization service-oriented was discussed. Then, this article analyzed the construction status of the university li- brary basic Party organization service-oriented and pointed out the library working goal that is ＂Readers First＂ and ＂Service Paramount＂. The construction of the university library Party＇s basic organization service-oriented could be promoted through ways by establishment of learning system to implement useful management, functional party branch for personalized service, service oriented working mechanism for long-term service,and innovated service carrier for diversified services and other ways.
