摘　　要：综述了环境和生物样品中有机氯农药残留检测中样品的前处理方法(包括溶剂提取、溶剂提取和层析柱分离法、微波萃取、凝胶渗透色谱净化法、固相萃取法等)和测定方法(包括气相色谱法、气相色谱-质谱法等)的研究进展。A review on recent advance on researches of sample pretreatment （including solvent extracuon, solvent extraction in combination with chromatographic column separation, microwave extraction, gel permeation chromatographic purification and solid phase extraction） and analytical methods （including GC, GC-MS, and so on） used in determination of residual amounts of organochlorine pesticides in environmental and biological samples was presented （50 ref. cited）.
