摘 要:基于GTAW特点,建立了包含阴极、电弧和阳极的完整耦合的瞬态统一模型。利用Fluent软件模拟,并对其UDF进行二次开发,研究了0Cr18Ni9Ti在GTAW下的熔池和电弧的形态。计算了不同时刻电弧温度场和熔池形状,其结果表明随着焊接时间的延长,电弧形状变化较小,熔池形状变化较大,熔池呈现出勺形特征。熔池内流体在电磁力、表面张力的主要作用下形成3个涡流。在这3个涡流综合作用下,促使了熔池勺形形状的形成。计算结果在理解分析GTAW物理过程以及熔池形状机理方面上,具有一定的理论参考价值。Based on the characteristics of GTAW,a unified transient model for the complete coupling of cathode,arc plasma and anode was developed. Using the Fluent software and programming its UDF secondly,the morphologies of the GTAW arc and weld pool for 0Cr18Ni9 Ti were studied under the protection of pure argon. Temperature field and weld pool shape at different time were calculated. The results show that,as the welding time goes on,the shape of weld pool has changed dramatically,but the change of arc shape is not obvious. The weld pool has a shape of spoon,which is the result of comprehensive action of three vortices in the molten pool. The vortices were evaluated by the effect of electromagnetic force and surface tension. The calculation results have certain theoretical reference value for analysis and comprehension of physical processes of GTAW and formation mechanism of the molten pool shape.
