摘  要:通过分析工业焊缝表面缺陷的特点,采用线激光扫描工业焊缝表面,得到其轮廓线,并利用单轮廓拟合和多轮廓组合的方法来判识焊缝表面缺陷。基于该判识方法,用Labview软件开发了一套可在线检测工业焊缝表面缺陷的软硬件系统。该系统能精确地检测咬边、未熔合、气孔、焊瘤、角变形等缺陷的位置与尺寸,焊缝横向和垂直方向精确度可达微米级别,纵向可达0.01 mm。系统解决了目前依靠人工检测焊缝表面缺陷存在的问题,具有高效,精确,客观的特点。The characteristics of the defects of the industrial weld appearance were analyzed. By using the line laser to scan the weld appearance,the weld defects can be determined by single contour fitting and contours combination. Based on this method,a system to detect the common weld appearance defects such as undercut,lack of fusion,surface gas pore,overlap,angular distortion and so on accurately was developed,and the position and size of the defect can be also determined. The system was developed based on the Labview software. The accuracy of weld transverse and vertical direction can reach up to micron level,and 0. 01 millimeters in longitudinal direction. The system relatively can solve the problem that the weld appearance defect was detected manually,and has high efficiency,accuracy,objectivity and digital.
