摘 要:采用水热合成法制备Yb掺杂BiPO_4光催化剂,利用粉末X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微电镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)、紫外-可见漫反射(UV-Vis DRS)技术对其进行表征。以亚甲基蓝为目标污染物,考察掺杂量对BiPO_4光催化活性的影响。结果表明:Yb掺杂使BiPO_4的结构和形貌均发生了变化;少量Yb掺杂可以提高BiPO_4的光催化活性,在紫外光下照射3h,Yb^(3+)-BiPO_4-2%对亚甲基蓝的光降解率可达80.2%。Yb^3+ -doped BiPO4 photocatalysts were fabricated via a facile hydrothermal process. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy ( SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectra (UV-Vis DRS). The photocatalytic activities of Yb^3+ -BiPO4 with different doping amount were evaluated by the degradation of methylene blue (MB) were investigated. It was found that the morphologies and structures of BiPO4 after doping with Ytterbium are changed. A small amount of Yb-do- ping could improve the activity of BiPQ. Yb^3+ -BiPO4-2% photocatalysts exhibit good photoactivity for MB, 80. 2% of MB disappears after 3h UV light irradiation.
