摘  要:研究了NaOH改性处理对苎麻无纺布/PP复合材料性能的影响,分析在不同NaOH浓度和浸渍时间条件下复合材料性能的影响。对比了复合材料横、纵向拉伸强度的大小,通过SEM观察改性前后复合材料拉伸断面的变化。结果表明:NaOH改变了苎麻纤维的表面形态和结构,提高了纤维和树脂的粘结力和界面相容性。当NaOH浓度为8%时复合材料的拉伸强度达到最大,此浓度的最佳浸渍时间为30min;受到无纺布生产工艺的影响,苎麻纤维沿无纺布纵向分布较多,使得复合材料的纵向拉伸强度要高于横向;通过SEM观察可知,NaOH改性后的复合材料断面比较平整,界面相容性得到改善。The effect of alkali treatment on the properties of ramie no-woven fabric reinforced PP composites was in vestigated. The performance of composite treated by different alkali concentration and dipping time was analyzed. The transverse and longitudinal tensile strength of composites were also compared, and the tensile fracture surfaces of compos- ites were observed by SEM. The result showed that the surface morphology structure of ramie fiber was changed, that con- tributed to the improvement of bond force and interface compatibility between fibre and resin matrix. The composite got the best tensile strength when the alkali concentration selected as 8 %, dipping time of 30min. With a higher vertical distribution of the fiber which determined by no-woven fabric manufacturing technique, the longitudinal tensile strength of composites was better than transverse. SEM micrographs indicated that the composite possessed a flat section when treated by alkali, the interracial compatibility was improved.
