摘 要:采用共沉淀的方法制备了MnO_2-Fe_2O_3复合纳米粒子,并将复合粒子加入PU中制成PU共混膜。探讨了MnO_2所占复合粒子MnO_2-Fe_2O_3比例,以及复合粒子MnO_2-Fe_2O_3的含量,对PU共混膜的气体渗透性能的影响。结果表明:通过共沉淀法制备的MnO_2-Fe_2O_3粒子粒径小且均匀,复合粒子50%-MnO_2-Fe_2O_3制备的共混膜对气体分离性能最佳,当复合粒子50%-MnO_2-Fe_2O_3添加量为10%(wt,质量分数,下同)时,PU共混膜的渗透系数为18.93Barrer,O_2/N_2理论分离因子为7.48。Nano-sized MnO2-Fe2O3 composite particles were prepared by coprecipitation method. PU blend membrane were prepared by blending composite particles with PU, and their O2 and N2 permeation properties were investigated. The effect of MnO2 proportion and the contents of composite oxide MnO2-Fe2 O3 on O2/N2 permeability and selectivity of PU blend membranes were studied. The effect of MnO2 proportion and the content of MnO2-Fe2 O3 on O2/N2 permeability and selectivity of membranes were studied. Results showed that MnO2-Fe2O3 prepared by the coprecipitation method had small and uniform particle size,when MnO2 proportion was 50wt% ,composite oxide content was 10 wt% ,O2 permeability and O2/N2 selectivity reached 18.93 Barrer and 7.48 respeetively.
