摘  要:通过反应使羧甲基壳聚糖以化学键负载到蒙脱土中得到复合材料。利用红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重分析(TG)及扫描电镜(SEM)对得到的复合材料进行表征,并通过紫外可见分光光度计对蒙脱土及复合材料吸附邻苯二酚紫的性能进行探讨。结果表明,羧甲基壳聚糖与蒙脱土达到分子水平的复合,改善了其亲水疏油性。复合材料吸附剂用量为0.05g,投土量0.05g,吸附时间30min,pH 6时邻苯二酚紫吸附率可达99.0%,吸附量达19.04mg/g。复合材料的吸附效果比蒙脱土有较大提高。The carboxymethyl chitosan was loaded on the montmorillonite to synthesize montmorillonite composites by chemical bond. The materials were characterized by infrared spectrum, thermal analysis and SEM. Through UV-visible spectrophotometer,the adsorption performance of materials to pyrocatechol violet was discussed. The results showed that the recombination of materials achieved to the molecular level, and improved montmorillonite's hydrophilicity, the dosage of composites was 0.05g, adsorption time of 30min, pH 6, the adsorption of pyrocateehol violet was the best. The contrast showed that the adsorption rate of composites was 99.0% ,the adsorption quantity was 19.04mg·g^-1 under suitable condi- tion. The adsorption effect of composites was better than activated clay.
