摘  要:目的观察表皮细胞生长因子(EGF)和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF)联合应用在大白兔深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合过程中的作用。方法分别在入选的10只大白兔背部制备4处深Ⅱ度烧伤模型(每只4个),每一块烧伤模型代表1个组别,分4组(10个/组,rh EGF组、rhb FGF组、联合用药组、生理盐水对照组)。每天分别用rh EGF、rhb FGF、两者联合应用及生理盐水处理创面1次,直至创面完全愈合。比较不同处理方法创面愈合时间、不同时间点的愈合率及创面愈合后的疤痕情况。结果外用rh EGF和rhb FGF能缩短创面愈合时间,并在不同期表现出不同愈合速率,在创面愈合早期rhb FGF促进创面愈合率较快,而在创面愈合后期rh EGF促进创面愈合速率较快,两者在愈合后瘢痕的表现上rh EGF略优于rhb FGF,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但联合应用两种生长因子更能缩短创面愈合时间,并且在各个时期的创面愈合率均较高,创面完全愈合后疤痕在外观、柔软度等方面效果均较好。结论 rh EGF、rhb FGF联合用药对深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合时间、愈合率、抑制疤痕生成及创面情况有一定的促进作用。Objective To observe the combination of epidermal growth factor (EGF) and basic fibroblast growth factor (FGF) in rabbits deepⅡdegree burn wound healing process role. Methods Selected 10 rabbits, prepared four deep Ⅱde-gree burn model (per 4) on back, each one representing a constituency burn model, divided into four groups (10/group, rhEGF group, rhbFGF group,combination group and control group ). Each group wound respectively accepted rhEGF, rhbFGF, their combination and the saline-treated once a day , until the wound was completely healed. Different treatments healing time , wound healing rate at different time points after healing scar situation was compared. Results Topical rhEGF and rhbFGF can shorten healing time, and showed different rate in different stage of healing. Early in wound healing rhbFGF showed a faster rate, while late in the wound healing rhEGF showed a faster rate, the healing scar of rhEGF showed better than rhbFGF, but there was no significant difference (P〉0.05). But the combination of two growth factors showed shorten healing time and higher rates of each period in wound healing, completely healed scar showed better appearance, softness and so on. Conclusion The combination of rhEGF and rhbFGF in deep Ⅱdegree burn has promoted effect on healing time, healing rate and the inhib-ited scar formation and wound situation.
