摘 要:为了使轻质板材实现良好的阻燃性能的同时仍具有优异的力学性能,选择聚磷酸胺(app-102)、甲基膦酸二甲酯(DMMP)、Al(OH)3、磷酸三苯酯四种阻燃剂进行实验,实验验结果表明:等量阻燃剂条件下,聚磷酸胺(app-102)与DMMP的阻燃效果最优;而较少量的APP具有较高的阻燃性。通过热重分析(TG)、扫描电镜(SEM)等手段对其阻燃机理进行分析,认为聚磷酸铵在凝聚相发挥阻燃作用和部分的气相阻燃机理。In order to make excellent mechanical properties, the light sheet to achieve good flame retardant properties while still having four flame retardants of ammonium polyphosphate (app-102),diethyl methylphosphonate (DMMP),A1 (OH)3 and phosphoric acid triphenylphosphate to experiment,experimental results show that under the same amount of flame retardant condition,ammonium polyphosphate (app-102) and DMMP have best effect; and a lesser amount of APP has higher flame retardaney. Its flame retardant mechanism is analyzed by thermal gravimetric analysis (TG) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that ammonium polyphosphate flame retardant play in the condensed phase and portion of gas phase flame retardant mechanism.
