摘  要:采用熔融共混方法制备了尼龙/玻纤(GF)/氧化镁(Mg O)导热绝缘复合材料。考察了导热粉体氧化镁(Mg O)含量、不同粒径粉体复配对复合材料外观、导热性能、散热性能及微观形态的影响。结果表明:复合材料的导热性能随着Mg O含量的增加而提高,合理的粒径复配有利于改善材料外观并提高导热性能,且材料的导热系数直接影响LED灯芯片的温度;扫描电子显微镜(SEM)显示,Mg O的加入能有效促进GF的分散,且自身能均匀地分布于尼龙基体中。Thermal conductivity of magnesium oxide and glass fiber reinforced nylon (PA) composites was investigated under the effect of magnesium oxide content and different particle sizes on the appearance, thermal conductivity, heat dissipation performance and microstructure of composites. The results indicated that thermal conductivity properties are improved as the amount of MgO increasing, Reasonable particle size is beneficial to improve the appearance of the material and improve the thermal conductivity. The thermal conductivity of the material affects the temperature of the LED chip directly. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed that MgO and GF dispersed well in x-PA6/GF matrix.
