摘　　要：某轮在对伙食冷库制冷系统补充冷剂的操作过程中,发生了严重的爆炸事故。文章从公司管理、船舶管理、船员自身等方面对发生爆炸事故的全过程进行分析。文章通过实船案例分析,根据国际公约、国内法规,总结了事故成因,提出了预防类似事故发生的措施,为海洋运输船舶航行的安全性,提供借鉴作用。This paper analyzes an powder explosion accident of the ship refrigeration device during the powder recharging process. The essay analyzes the causes of the accident from as- pects of the coMPany management, the refrigerant storage, and the powder recharging oper- aton,etc. Based on this case study, according to the international convention and domestic regulations, this essay puts forward relevant precaution measures which will be of reference value for shipping and navigation safety.
