摘　　要：通过对我国企业境外林业投资的现状分析,总结我国企业对外林业投资的若干特点,以及林业企业走出去开展对外投资合作的主要问题。从政策、财税金融、服务等方面提出了相关建议。This paper analyzed the status quo of Chinese enterprises＇ overseas investment in forestry and summarized some features of Chinese enterprises＇ overseas investment in forestry, and main problems ex- isting in the process of Chinese forestry enterprises＇ investment and cooperation in foreign counties. In ad- dition, the paper proposed suggestions from dimensions of policy, taxation, financing and services.
