摘　　要：文章介绍了八钢欧冶炉(COREX)炼铁工艺中设计应用的余压回收发电装置(TRT)。COREX炼铁工艺特点之一是产生大量高压力、高热值的煤气。结合工艺特点,通过合理设备选型,优化工艺流程,解决顶煤气压力控制以及工厂压力的控制和控制交接问题,使欧冶作业率不受TRT影响,实现TRT发电量最大化。This paper introduces the gas pressure recovery turbine system （TRT） of OY furnace. One of the characteris- tics of COREX furnace is to produce a large number of high-pressure and high heat value gas. Combining with technolog- ical features, it chooses reasonable equipment, optimizes the process and solves the problem of the top gas pressure con- trol and factory pressure control as well as the handover so as to make the operation rate of OY furnace not be affected and achieve maximize TRT power generation.
