摘　　要：目的观察火针配合银针在治疗临床常见的4类损容性皮肤病中的临床疗效。方法 120例患者按就诊时间先后针对性地施以火针,并根据不同情况配合银针进行综合治疗,观察疗效。结果所有患者治愈率为7 3.3%,显效率为9 7.5%。结论火针配合银针在损容性皮肤病中有十分显著的疗效,值得推广。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of fire-needle therapy combined with filiform-needle therapy for treatment on four types of clinical discosmetic dermatosiis. Methods 120 cases of such disease were treated by fire- needle therapy with filiform-needle therapy by brandom number table. Results The cured rate was 73.3% and the total effective rate was 97.5% in the whole group. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of fire-needle therapy combined with filiform-needle therapy for treatment on discosmetic dermatosis is very remarkable. This method is worth promoting
