摘 要:车67区块于2002年注水开发至今,注水井堵塞严重,日注水量低于配注量,且注水压力高,需进行降压增注。在对该区块进行注水现状分析、注水井伤害机理分析和以往改造措施分析的基础上,提出了交联酸加砂压裂工艺技术,优选了配套的工作液体系及支撑剂,并进行工艺参数优化设计。研究认为,注水井堵塞的主要原因是注入水结垢与固相颗粒超标,在多重介质—复杂岩性储层改造中,交联酸加砂压裂工艺与常规水基压裂工艺相比优势明显。Since 2002, waterflood has been developing in block Che 67. Due to the serious plugging of injection wells, daily water in- jection rate lower than injection allocation rate and high water injection pressure, it needs pressure release and augmented injection. Based on the analysis of water injection situation, damage mechanism of injection wells and previous reform measures in this block, this paper proposes crosslinked acid sand adding fracturing technology, selects matching working fluid system and proppant, and carries out process parameter optimization design. Researches show that, due to injected water scaling and solid particle exceeding, the injection wells plug. During the transformation of multiple media--complex lithologic reservoir, compared with conventional wa- ter base fracturing technology, crosslinked acid sand adding fracturing technology has obvious advantages.
