摘　　要：目的研究分析硬膜外麻醉围麻醉期的管理工作以及相关的体会。方法选取2013年10月—2015年4月期间该院1 200例连续硬膜外麻醉患者作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。严格按照患者麻醉前准备、麻醉中操作麻醉后随访方式完成相关的围麻醉期管理工作。结果 1 200例患者中无一例患者存在严重的麻醉意外无一例患者出现并发症。结论促使围麻醉期管理工作实现进一步强化,硬膜外麻醉成功率以及安全性进一步提高。Objective Research and analysis surrounding the management of epidural anesthesia and related experience. Methods Select hospital 1200 cases of continuous epidural anesthesia patients from October 2013 to April 2015 period as the object of study, the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. In strict accordance with the patient before anesthesia preparation, anesthesia and post-anesthesia in the operating mode related to the completion of follow-up during anesthesia management.Results 1200 cases of patients without the presence of anesthesia in patients with severe case of accident and no patient complications. Conclusion Prompting perianesthesia management work to achieve further enhancement,the suc-cess rate of epidural anesthesia as well as to further improve the security implementation.
