住院药房药品质量管理与品管圈活动的实践分析

摘　　要：目的探究药房人员中开展品管圈实践活动对住院药房药品质量管理的影响。方法回顾性分析该院2014年7月开展品管圈活动前后该院住院药房数据资料,并统计实施品管圈活动的成果和影响。结果通过为期6个月的品管圈活动,药品潮解、过期药品、未冷藏失效药品次数均大幅下降,且达到预期效果,其达成率均超过100%;活动后圈员的解决问题能力、责任心、品管手法、团队凝聚力、和谐度、自信心、积极性等项目均有明显提升。结论开展品管圈能有效降低住院药品管理中的差错率,提高住院药房药品质量管理,同时能有效提高药品人员的工作积极性和团队凝聚力以及其解决问题的能力。Objective To investigate the influence of the pharmacy staff to carry out practical activities QCC quality of medicines for hospital pharmacy management. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital before and after July 2014 carry QCC our hospital pharmacy data and statistics to implement quality control circle activities, results and impact. Re-sults Through a period of six months of QCC, deliquescence drugs, expired drugs, drugs are not refrigerated number of fail-ures dropped, and achieve the desired results, which reached a rate of over 100%; after the event ring members the ability to solve problems, responsibility, quality control techniques, team cohesion, harmony, confidence, motivation and other pro-jects have improved significantly. Conclusion To carry out quality control circles can effectively reduce the error rate in hospital medicine management, improve hospital pharmacy drug quality management, and can effectively improve the phar-maceutical staff motivation and team cohesion as well as its ability to solve problems.
