摘　　要：为实现电阻筛选及电位器曲线测试,设计一种自动电阻测量装置,应用运放高输入阻抗的特点实现大阻值电阻测量时的阻抗匹配,用单电路实现0至MΩ宽范围全量程测量,通过电子开关自动切换量程,由步进电机驱动电位器测试装置测试电位器特性曲线,自动测量并在LCD显示电位器阻值随旋转角度变化曲线,使用LPC2148ARM7控制器做主控芯片,在u C/OS-II嵌入式系统下开发应用软件,应用LPC2148内置的12bit A/D转换器进行采样转换,样机测试结果优于3 1/2万用表测量精度,适用于电子产品生产前的元件筛选分类.To achieve resistance screening and testing potential curve, the paper designed an automatic resistance measuring device, and the application of high input impedance amplifier impedance matching characteristics when measuring high-value resistor, with a single circuit to achieve 0 to MΩ wide range of full scale measurement, automatic switching by electronic switching range, test fixture potentiometer potentiometer driven by a stepping motor characteristic curve, automatically measuring and displaying the potentiometer re- sistance changes with the rotation angle of the curve, and using the master controller using LPC2148 ARM7 chip LCD, in uC under development OS-Ⅱ embedded system application software, and application LPC2148 built 12bit A / D converter sampling conversion. Prototype test results are better than 3 1/2 meter accuracy for electronics production components before sorting.
