粤北地区金耳栽培与银耳栽培的比较研究

摘　　要：对金耳和银耳的栽培料配方、制种、发菌和出菇等栽培技术方面进行了比较研究.从试验结果可知,两种食用菌的栽培管理技术比较相似,但是在培养料的含水量、培养温度、湿度、伴生菌株和出菇时间等方面存在差异.TremeUa Aurantialba and Tremella Fuciformis are precious edible medicinal mushrooms. The comparison of cultivation techniques of two kinds of mushrooms, in terms of cultivation material formula, seed production, spawn running, sporocarp formation, were studied. The results showed that the cultivation and management techniques of two kinds of edible fungi were similar, but there were still differences in the water content, culture temperature, humidity, associated strain, and the time of sporocarp formation.
