摘　　要：构建科研经费绩效评估指标体系,可对高等院校科研课题经费使用绩效进行客观、科学的绩效评估.通过设置关键指标,确定各级指标和权重分值,重点反映出科研课题经费使用情况和绩效产出.The building of a performance evaluation index system of research funding in medical university may contribute to the objective and scientific performance evaluation of the usage of research funds. By setting the key indicators of different levels and weight score, the usage of research funds and performance outcomes will be highlighted.
