摘 要:风力机叶片表面结冰会降低风能转化率,严重时会导致叶片破损甚而造成事故。为研究风力机叶片表面明冰的分布规律,对采用NACA0018翼型的风力机叶片进行了风洞试验研究。试验在冬季进行,将室外寒冷空气引入风洞,在风洞出口前安装了喷水装置提供结冰环境。试验测试了2种风速及多个攻角下的翼型表面的明冰分布情况,根据结冰分布计算了叶片前缘结冰厚度比和叶片表面结冰面积比;又测试了结冰质量,计算了结冰率。结果表明:不同攻角对翼型表面明冰分布有较大影响,随着风速的增加,影响更为显著。Icing on the wind turbine blade surface greatly affects the utilization of wind energy. When the problem gets more seri ous, it will cause an accident. To investigate the characteristics of blade surface icing of wind turbine, wind tunnel tests were car- ried out on the wind turbine blade NACA0018 airfoil. The tests were taken in winter. The outside cold air was induced into the wind tunnel, and a water spray was set up at the end of the wind tunnel to satisfy the icing condition. Two different kinds of wind speeds and various kinds of attack angles were tested. According to the icing distribution of blade surface, the ice thickness ratio at leading-edge and the ice area ratio of blade surface were calculated. The ice weight of blade was also tested. And the icing rate of blade was calculated. The results show that different attack angles had great influences on the icing distribution of blade sur- face. The effect was more obvious with the increasing of the wind speed.
