PFNA治疗不稳定股骨隆间骨折的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的研究不稳定股骨隆间骨折应用PFNA治疗的临床效果。方法回顾性随机选择来自2014年6月—2015年6月于该院收治的70例不稳定股骨隆间骨折患者资料,根据内固定方案分为两组,每组各35例,对照组使用的是DHS内固定术方式,观察组使用的是PFNA内固定术方式,对资料进行对比和分析。结果观察组术中出血量(90.06±36.14)m L、手术及骨折愈合时间(50.12±6.20)min、(11.10±2.41)周均比对照组(485.20±37.12)m L、(85.28±6.86)min、(24.54±4.50)周优,比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不稳定股骨隆间骨折患者应用PFNA治疗的临床效果显著。Objective To study the clinical effect of PFNA in the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fractures. Methods The data of 70 cases with unstable intertrochanteric fractures admitted in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were reviewed. The patients were divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group with 35 patients in each in accordance with the internal fixation mode. The control group were treated by the DHS internal fixation, while the observa-tion group were treated by the PFNA internal fixation. And the data of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had less intraoperative blood loss [（90.06±36.14） mL vs （485.20± 37.12） mL], shorter duration of procedure[（50.12±6.20） min vs （85.28±6.86）min], and shorter fracture healing time[（11.10± 2.41）weeks vs （24.54±4.50） weeks] with statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion PFNA has significant clini-cal effect on unstable intertrochanteric fractures.
