集束化护理在妊娠剧吐患者中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的讨论集束化护理在妊娠剧吐患者中的应用效果,为日后的临床护理提供参考。方法随机选择2013年1月—2014年12月收治的妊娠剧吐患者80例为研究对象,按照随机的方法,将80例患者划分为两组,分别定义为观察组及对照组,每组患者40例。对照组患者给予临床常规护理,观察组患者给予临床集束化护理,对比两组患者的临床护理效果。结果经过临床护理后,观察组患者满意度为97.5%,对照组患者满意度为72.5%,两组患者比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05,观察组优于对照组。另一方面,观察组患者经过护理后,观察组患者酮体转阴时间为(3.2±1.3)d,电解质变化更正时间为(2.3±0.3)d,呕吐次数为(1.3±2.3)次,住院床日为(5.3±1.2)d;对照组患者酮体转阴时间为(5.2±2.3)d,电解质变化更正时间为(4.3±1.3)d,呕吐次数为(4.3±3.3)次,住院床日为(8.3±2.2)d。两组患者比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05,观察组优于对照组。结论通过对妊娠剧吐患者实施集束化护理,能够在临床上较好的缓解剧吐情况,减少患者的痛苦。同时,应用集束化护理后对母体及胎儿的健康意义较大,建议在今后的临床护理中推广应用。Objective To discuss the application effect of cluster nursing in patients with hyperemesis gravidarum and pro-vide reference for future clinical nursing. Methods 80 cases with hyperemesis gravidarum treated from January 2013 to De-cember 2014 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each. The control group were given clinical routine nursing, the observation group were given clinical cluster nurs-ing. The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After clinical nursing, the satisfactory degree in the observation group was 97.5%, which was better than that （72.5%） in the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant, P〈0.05. The ketone conversion time, electrolyte change correction time, vomiting times and inpatient bed day in the observation group was respectively（3.2±1.3）d,（2.3±0.3）d,（1.3±2.3）times and（5.3±1.2）d, which were better than that （5.2±2.3）d,（4.3±1.3）d,（4.3±3.3）times and （8.3d±2.2）d in the control group, respectively, and the difference be-tween the two groups was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion Cluster nursing in patients with hyperemesis gravi-darum can better relieve the hypermesis and reduce the pain of the patients, at the same time, the application of cluster nursing is of great significance to maternal and fetal health, and it is suggested to be promoted and applied in future clinical nursing.
