摘　　要：目的分析老年COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者综合治疗的临床效果。方法整群选取2013年3月—2015年1月收治的78例老年COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者随机分组。常规组患者给予常规治疗,综合组患者给予综合治疗,对比效果。结果综合组患者病死率(0.00%)明显低于常规组(5.13%);综合组患者治疗后呼吸功能各项指标均优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论老年COPD合并呼吸衰竭给予综合治疗,效果确切。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of comprehensive treatment on elderly COPD patients with respiratory failure. Methods 78 elderly patients with COPD and respiratory failure admitted from March 2013 to January 2015 were randomly divided into the conventional group and the comprehensive group. Patients in the conventional group were given the conventional treatment, while those in the comprehensive group were given comprehensive treatment. And the efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results The mortality of the comprehensive group was much lower than that of the conventional group（0.00% vs 5.13%）, and the values of respiratory function markers of the comprehensive group were better than those of the conventional group, P〈0.05. Conclusion Comprehensive treatment has exact effect on elderly COPD pa-tients with respiratory failure.
