老年支气管哮喘78例临床疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨孟鲁司特钠与布地奈德联合使用治疗老年支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法整群选取2014年4月—2015年6月该院收治的老年支气管哮喘患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组78例和治疗组78例。在治疗方案上,对照组采用常规治疗方法,治疗组采用孟鲁司特钠与布地奈德联合使用方法,以治疗10 d后两组患者的临床疗效和肺功能为考察指标,进行比较分析。结果治疗组患者肺功能各项指标的改善效果明显好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,采用孟鲁司特钠与布地奈德联合使用方法的治疗组患者总有效率为93.59%,明显高于常规方法治疗,总有效率为78.21%,两组数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将孟鲁司特与糖皮质激素布地奈德联合使用,可以提高用药安全性,并且达到提高药效的目的。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide in the treatment of elderly patients with bronchial asthma. Methods One hundred and fifty-six elderly patients with bronchial asthma admit-ted in our hospital from April 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 78 cases in each. The control group were treated by the conventional anti-asthmatic treatment, while the treatment group were treated by montelukast sodium combined with budesonide. And the clinical efficacy and lung function after 10 days of treatment of the two groups were analyzed comparatively. Results The values of lung function indi-cators in the treatment group improved more significantly than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was much higher in the treatment group than that in the control group（93.59%vs 78.21%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Montelukast sodium combined with budesonide can improve the medication safety, and improve the efficacy.
