摘　　要：国际价值理论是马克思劳动价值理论在世界市场上的运用和发展,是马克思主义国际贸易理论和世界经济理论的基石。如今经济全球化已成为世界不可抗拒的时代潮流,只有准确把握其成因、实质以及发展趋势,才能针对经济全球化过程制定科学的发展战略和应对策略,而这些无疑要求我们从马克思的国际价值理论中寻求理论依据。经济全球化的表现形式很多,从生产和流通领域来看,主要表现为国际分工的深化、贸易全球化、金融全球化和直接投资全球化,而这些表现形式只有通过国际价值理论才能得到确切的说明。International Value Theory is the application and evolvement of Marx＇s labor value theory in the world market, and the cornerstone of Marx＇s world trade theory and economic theory. Today, as economic globalization has become an irresistible trend in the world, only by accurately grasping the cause, nature and trends of globalization can we formulate scientific development strategies and coping strategies. This no doubt requires/is to find a theoretical basis from Marx＇s theory of international value. In the fields of production and circulation, there are many forms of economic globalization, which are mainly manifested in the deepening of the international division of labor, trade globalization, financial globalization and the globalization of direct investment. These forms of manifestation can only be explained accurately by the international value theory.
