摘 要:目的探讨肠外肠内营养支持在危重脑外科患者中的临床应用效果。方法整群选取该院2012年12月—2014年12月期间来治疗的60例危重脑外科患者作为研究对象,把60例患者随机分成两组,观察组和对照组,每组分别30例患者。给予对照组肠外营养支持,观察组肠内营养支持,比较观察两组应用效果。结果观察组治疗后的血清前清蛋白、血清清蛋白、血红蛋白、肱三头肌皮皱厚度与对照组治疗后的指标比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症机率为13.3%,对照组为30%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肠内营养支持在临床应用中有更好的营养效果以及代谢效应,对危重脑外科患者进行治疗的过程中要根据患者实际病情选取合理的营养支持方式。Objective To investigate the result of clinical application of parenteral and enteral nutrition for critically ill pa-tients in department of cerebral surgery. Methods 60 critically ill patients in department of cerebral surgery treated in the hospital from December 2012 and December 2014 were included in this study, and they were divided into two groups ran-domly, the observation group and control group with 30 in each one. The control group was treated with pareneteral nutrition support, while the observation group was treated with enteral nutritional support. The outcomes were observed and compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, satistically significant difference can be found in indicators including serum prealbumin, serum albumin, hemoglobin and skinfold thickness of triceps brachii muscle between the two groups, P〈0.05. The complication rate was 13.3% in the observation group and 30% in the control group, and the difference between them was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion Clinical application of enteral nutritional support can produce better nutritive effect and metabolic response. For critically ill patients in department of cerebral surgery, we should select the reasonable approach based on patients'actual condition.
