硝苯地平控释片治疗老年高血压临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的通过分析174例原发性老年高血压病患者的用药经验,分析硝苯地平控释片治疗老年原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法整群选取该院2012年4月—2015年4月收治的高血压患者174例,并随机分为治疗组硝苯地平控释片87例,对照组硝苯地平缓释片各87例,治疗组每天服用硝苯地平控释片30 mg,1次/d,对照组每天服用硝苯地平缓释片15 mg,2次/d,治疗4周后,观察两组患者血压变化及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗4周后,治疗组总有效率90.8%,对照组总有效率65.52%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应:治疗组未见明显不良反应,对照组4例患者出现轻度头晕,可耐受,2例出现头痛,停药后缓解,不良反应发生率为6.90%。结论硝苯地平控释片治疗老年高血压,临床有效率高,控制血压稳定,不良反应少见,是一种安全有效的临床降压良药。Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of nifedipine controlled-release tablets in the treatment of el-derly patients with primary hypertension through analyzing the experience of medication for 174 cases. Methods 174 pa-tients with hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 87 in each one. All the patients were treated with nifedipine sustained-release tablets, 30mg, once daily for those in the treatment group and 15mg, twice daily for those in the control group. After 4 weeks of treatment, patients＇ blood pressure changes and adverse reaction of the two groups were observed. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate was 90.8% in the treatment group and 65.52% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Adverse reactions： no obvious adverse reactions were found in the treatment group; while in the control group, 4 patients experienced mild dizziness which can be tolerated, 2 patients experienced headache which disappeared when they stopped taking medicine, and the adverse reaction rate was 6.90%. Conclusion Nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension has better clinical effective rate： it can stabilize blood pressure but produce few adverse reactions. Therefore it is a safe and ef-fective clinical antihypertensive medicine.
