脑得生丸治疗瘀血阻络型脑动脉硬化症临床效果探究

摘　　要：目的探讨脑得生丸在瘀血阻络型脑动脉硬化症临床中的应用价值。方法整群选取在该院2013年1月—2014年6月接诊的56例瘀血阻络型脑动脉硬化症患者,其接受脑得生丸治疗,设为观察组。并整群选取在2014年11月—2015年4月在该院接诊的55例瘀血阻络型脑动脉硬化症患者的临床资料,其接受常规治疗,设为对照组。2组患者分别进行不同的临床治疗,并对比临床疗效。结果在接受不同治疗情况下,通过给予两组患者不同的临床治疗,观察组R-ba PWV(cm/s)、L-ba PWV(cm/s)分别是(1824.23±235.13)、(1824.16±223.17),对照组R-ba PWV(cm/s)、Lba PWV(cm/s)分别是(2098.45±278.51)、(2078.19±264.28)。观察组患者治疗总有效率为91.07%,明显比对照组高出81.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瘀血阻络型脑动脉硬化症的临床治疗过程中,脑得生丸的临床疗效明确,不良反应较少,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of naodesheng pills in the treatment of cerebral arteriosclerosis relat-ed to obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis. Methods 56 patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis related to obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis admitted to our hospital from January 2013 and June 2014 who were treated with naodesheng pills were assigned to the observation group. The clinical data of other 55 patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis related to obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis admitted to our hospital from November 2014 and April 2015 and treated conven-tionally was retrospectively analyzed, and they were assigned to the control group. The clinical effect was compared between the two groups treated differently. Results After respective treatment, R-baPWV and L-baPWV was （1824.23±235.13） cm/s and （1824.16±223.17 ）cm/s in the observation group, while （2098.45±278.51 ）cm/s and （2078.19±264.28） cm/s in the con-trol group. The overall effective rate （91.07% vs 81.82%） was evidently higher in the observation group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion The clinical effect of naodesheng pills in the treatment of cerebral arteriosclerosis related to obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis is evident, which is of less adverse reaction. This method is worthy of application and promotion in clinical practice.
