摘　　要：目的研究并探讨成人股骨头缺血坏死进行MRI、CT以及DR影像学检查的诊断价值。方法整群选取2012年8月—2014年11月该院收治的60例成人股骨头缺血坏死患者作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,并对其影像学诊断资料进行研究探讨。所有患者均进行DR摄片,45例患者再次进行螺旋CT扫描,30例患者再次进行MRI扫描。结果 60例患者中,依据影像学分期,15例患者为早期,18例患者为中期,27例患者为晚期。结论对股骨头缺血性坏死的可疑患者进行影像学检查,能够及时发现病症,有利于疾病的诊疗,其中MRI检查对早期股骨头缺血坏死具有较高的诊断意义和临床价值。Objective To study and explore the diagnostic value of MRI, CT, and DR imaging examination for avascular necrosis of femoral head in adults. Methods 60 adults with avascular necrosis of femoral head from August 2012 to Novem-ber 2014 were selected as the research object and their clinical data was retrospectively analyzed. The data on imaging di-agnosis was studied and discussed. All the patients underwent digital radiography, 45 of them underwent spiral CT scanning additionally and 30 underwent MRI scanning additionally. Results According to imaging staging, out of the 60 patients, 15 were in the early stage, 18 were in the middle stage, and 27 were in the late stage. Conclusion Imaging examination for suspected patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head can find out the symptoms timely, which is helpful for the di-agnosis and treatment. Among imaging examinations, MRI check is of higher diagnostic value and clinical significance for early avascular necrosis of femoral head.
