摘　　要：本文以深圳市南山区六个典型的社区为样本进行了实地调研,对250名老人进行问卷调查(有效回收问卷215份)并进行了访谈,将老人对居家养老服务的实际需求与目前所提供的服务进行仔细对比,清晰得出当前居家养老服务体系的不足之处。最后基于以上实际调研数据和实证分析,从政府的政策引导、财政的大力支持、拓宽资金渠道、鼓励社会组织的参与、导入市场机制,将养老服务产业化发展、构建"适老"的大环境,鼓励老人"老有所为"和"自助助人"、重视服务人才的培养等几个方面,结合老人的实际需求,对深圳市社区居家养老服务提出完善对策。This article takes six typical communities in Nanshan district to field research. Totally 250 elders were investigated with simply questionnaire and short interview, the effectively questionnaire has 215 copies. Afterwards, according to the comparison of the demand of community aging service and available service items, it is very clear to see the shortage of the community aging service system. Based on the data from filed research and analysis, combine with the real demand, come up with some strategies in the following way： policy guidance from government, effective support from financial, broadens the source of the funds, courage social organization to take part into, let the marketing take control the aging service, rebuild the social culture, make sure the elder will have their own value, take serious on the training of the service staff.
