摘 要:目的研究并对比分析接受亚低温联合钙拮抗剂治疗丘脑下部损伤病人,以及仅仅接受亚低温治疗丘脑下部损伤的病人,分析其不同的作用以及效果,从中获得最好的治疗方式。方法随机选取以回顾性的研究方法,在2013年12月—2014年11月期间搜集在该院因为病发丘脑下部损伤的患者案例数60例。随机分配为实验组和对照组,实验组为30例,接受亚低温联合钙拮抗剂的相关治疗;对照组也为30例,仅仅接受亚低温的相关治疗。上述两组患者在受伤之后的24小时均接受亚低温的相关治疗,实验组与对照组的体征、血压、血糖、体温以及电解质都得到了有效的监控。两组患者在受伤之后的5个月内均接受GOS的预后评分。两组患者在案例数、年龄、性别等方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果 30例实验组的患者在接受亚低温联合钙拮抗剂治疗之后其效果比30例对照组仅仅接受亚低温治疗要更优越,患者的具体表现是没有严重的并发症,高血糖明显下降,体温与血气没有明显的差异,死亡率极低,预后效果优越。结论亚低温联合钙拮抗剂治疗丘脑下部损伤病人具有极高的临床研究价值,可以有效的降低死亡率,提高患者的生命质量,值得广泛推广。Objective To research and comparatively analyze mild hypothermia and calcium antagonist treatment and only mild hypothermia treatment for patients with hypothalamus injury and obtain the best treatment method by analyzing differ-ent functions and effects. Methods 60 cases of patients with hypothalamus injury treated from December 2013 to November 2014 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases in each, the experimental group received mild hypothermia and calcium antagonist -related treatment and the control group received only mild hy-pothermia-related treatment, at the 24 hours after injury ,both groups received mild hypothermia-related treatment, signs, blood pressure, blood glucose, body temperature and electrolyte of the two groups were effectively monitored, in the 5 months after injury, both groups received prognostic score of GOS. There was no obvious difference in case number, age and gender between the two groups, which was statistically significant(P〉0.05). Results The effect of the experimental group af-ter mild hypothermia and calcium antagonist treatment was better than that of the control group after only mild hypothermia treatment, the specific performances of the patients were that there was no severe complications, high blood sugar decreased significantly, there was no obvious difference between body temperature and blood gas, the death rate was extremely low and the prognosis effect was good. Conclusion Mild hypothermia and calcium antagonist in the treatment of patients with hy-pothalamus injury has extremely clinical research value and can effectively reduce the death rate and improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of widely popularization.
