摘 要:目的研究心脏病患者手术后,应用氧驱动雾化方案对发生低氧血症的影响。方法随机选取该院于2013年1月—2015年1月收治的心脏病患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组40例患者,给予试验组术后实施氧驱动雾化方案,对照组术后不给予实施氧驱动雾化。观察两组患者的低氧血症发生情况,以及预后效果。结果试验组发生低氧血症2例(4.0%),对照组发生9例(22.5%);试验组患者治疗后的Pa O2、Pa CO2指标优于对照组;恢复优良率高、死亡率低,和对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心脏病患者术后行氧驱动雾化方案效果显著,能够减少低氧血症的发生,改善血气指标,提高预后疗效,具有较高的应用价值,值得临床推广。Objective To study the effect of the oxygen derived aerosol in preventing hyoxemia of postoperative patients with heart disease. Methods 80 cases of patients with heart disease treated from January 2013 to January 2015 were select-ed as the research object and randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 40 cases in each , the ex-perimental group were given oxygen derived aerosol, the control group were not given oxygen derived aerosol, the occurrence of hyoxemia and prognosis effect of the two groups were observed. Results 2 cases were hyoxemia(4.0%) in the experimental group, and 9 cases were hyoxemia (22.5%)in the control group;after treatment, the indicators of PaO2 and PaCO2 were better than those in the control group; the excellent and good rate of recovery was high and the death rate was low compared with the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of oxygen derived aerosol plan for patients with heart disease after operation is obvious, which can reduce the occurrence of hyoxemia, improve the blood gas index and improve prognosis effect and it is of great application value and is worth promoting in clinic.
